From Chicago, For Chicago

Chicago Bar Rooted in the Neighborhood

At Raised, local is more than a philosophy—it’s a promise. We proudly source ingredients within 300 miles of the rooftop, partnering with standout breweries, farmers, and small businesses from across the Chicagoland area. This commitment allows us to showcase flavors that reflect the city we love, making us a favorite among Chicago bars with a local focus. We celebrate community in every bit and sip.

In our home city of Chicago, we are proud to partner with Cara, Clean Slate, and GRIP Outreach’s Future Steps—organizations with decades of experience creating real, lasting change. Through sustained investment of time, resources, and mentorship, these partners help individuals overcome barriers, realize their potential, and become powerful forces for good within their families and communities.

Harold’s Honey Ale

Harold’s Honey Ale

Sam and Jay partnered with Haymarket Brewing to craft a recipe rooted in purpose. As they shared, “The goal of this collaboration is to start a conversation—and celebrate diversity—within the craft brewing community.” The recipe features honey sourced from Sweet Beginnings, whose beekeeping program employs formerly incarcerated individuals, providing meaningful work, skill-building, and a pathway to renewed opportunity. Together, these elements create more than a beer—they create impact.

Located in our backyard of Logan Square, Brewery Incubator, Tasting Room & Café was created as a collaborative space to nurture curiosity and creativity in craft brewing. The project supports talented brewers navigating the industry, offering mentorship, resources, and a platform to launch new ideas. This launchpad provides hands-on assistance to emerging brewers while showcasing a rotating selection of seasonal craft beers.
