Sous Chef, Travis Wilson leads the culinary team at Raised | An Urban Rooftop Bar where he craftfully designs menus that highlight quality and a dedication to hospitality.
Inspired by both of his grandmothers and the diversity of Chicago's cuisine, Wilson is proficient at creating authentic, hearty dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. Drawing from years of experience ranging from family restaurants to high-end establishments, WIlson delivers a wide range of unique flavors for all to enjoy.

  • Tuesday - Friday: 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Happy Hour: Tuesday - Friday: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Sunday & Monday: Closed

Kitchen closes at 10:00 pm daily
